From business customers: name, business name, phone number, email address and the details needed to set up our services, such as business hours and message wording.

From people who call a business we support: the phone number that called, and any text messages that person sends back to us.

How we use it

To provide and support our services, to send the text messages described below, to respond to inquiries, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messaging

We send text messages for two purposes: (1) an automatic reply to someone whose call to a business we support went unanswered, and (2) service messages to our own business customers. We send a message to a caller only in response to their call or when a business customer has arranged a follow-up with them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email or phone number above.

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our phone and messaging platforms, and when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
