Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026. These terms apply to services provided by Thomas Weissert LLC ("we", "us"). By using our services you agree to them.

Our services

We set up and maintain automatic text messaging for small businesses, including missed-call text-back, review requests and follow-up reminders. The exact scope is agreed with each business customer in writing, by text or email.

Text messaging terms

Messages are sent to people who called a business we support, or who have agreed to receive follow-up from that business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

Customer responsibilities

Business customers agree to provide accurate information, to use our services only for lawful purposes, to honor opt-out requests, and not to use the services for emergency instructions or advice.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any number of calls recovered, reviews received or jobs won. Message delivery depends on carriers and third-party platforms outside our control.

Fees

Fees, if any, are agreed in advance with each business customer. A free trial may be offered for a limited period and ends on the date we agree.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
